IQOO 7 5G launched in China as the brand’s first flagship smartphone powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor. The latest smartphone offers some interesting features and specifications. The iQOO 7 offers an AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It also features a new Vapor Chamber for better heat dissipation along with triple rear cameras and more. The phone also comes with a dual-line motor and packs 120W fast charging support. The company has also introduced a special variant in partnership with BMW M Motorsport known as iQOO 7 Legendary Edition. iQOO 7 price, availability

The iQOO 7 price starts at CNY 3,798for 8GB RAM + 128GB storage option, which roughly translates to Rs 43,000. The handset also comes with a 12GB RAM + 256GB option, which is priced at CNY 4,198 (approx. Rs 48,000). The phone is available in Blackland, Latent Blue, and White colour options. The handset is now available for order in China and will go on sale starting January 15th. That said, there is no information about the iQOO 7 India launch and availability.

iQOO 7 specifications

The latest smartphone from iQOO comes with a host of interesting features. The smartphone offers improved Vapor Chamber for better heat dissipation. The company claims that compared to the heat pipes in previous generations, the new VC colling covers up to 4096 mm2 area. The brand has also added a dual-line motor for haptic feedback along with a premium design language.

The smartphone packs a 6.62-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a screen resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels. The display comes with a 120Hz refresh rate, 300Hz touch sampling rate, up to 1300nits brightness and HDR10+ support. The phone gets its power from the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 mobile platform along with Adreno 660 GPU. It features up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage.

In terms of optics, you get a triple-camera setup with a combination of 48MP primary lens with f/1.79 aperture, OIS and EIS. This is accompanied by a 13MP ultra-wide lens with 120-degree FoV and 13MP portrait sensor with f/2.6 aperture, 2x optical zoom, and 20x digital zoom. On the front, the phone comes with a 16MP selfie shooter with f/2.0 aperture.

The iQOO 7 packs in-display fingerprint sensor and come with stereo speakers with Hi-Fi audio and CS43131 amp. It runs on Android 11 with OriginOS on top of it. The phone comes with a 4,000mAh battery with 120W fast charging support. In terms of connectivity, you get 5G, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, GLONASS, dual-SIM support, and USB Type-C port. The phone measures 162.2 x 75.8 x 8.7mm and weighs 209.5 grams.
