Realme has introduced a new variant of its budget-centric smartphone, the Realme C12, in India. The company introduced the entry-level handset in August this year with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. The smartphone offers some interesting features like HD+ display, MediaTek Helio G35 processor, triple rear cameras, 6,000mAh battery, and more. Now, Realme has introduced a new variant of the Realme C12 with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. The variant is available for purchase from online channels. Realme C12 4GB RAM Variant price in India

The new 4GB RAM + 64GB of Realme C12 comes with a price tag of Rs 9,999. The new option will be up for sale from January 19th starting 12:00 AM on realme.com and Flipkart. One can also purchase the device from major retail stores starting January 20th. With this, the phone is now available in two memory options: 3GB RAM + 32GB and 4GB + 64GB. The former comes with a price tag of Rs 8,999. It comes in Power Blue and Power Silver colour options.

Realme C12 specifications

The entry-level smartphone from Realme comes with geometric gradient design that comes with a trapezoid on the back cover. The back-cover texture is processed using the industry-leading German five-axis precise radium engraving machine. The handset flaunts 6.5-inch HD+ Mini-drop fullscreen display with a screen resolution of 1600 x 720 pixels. The screen comes with 20:9 aspect ratio and 88.7 per cent screen-to-body ratio.

The handset gets its power from the MediaTek Helio G35 processor along with IMG PowerVR GE8320 GPU. It packs up to 4GB of RAM and up to 64GB of internal storage. The storage is expandable via microSD card slot.

The Realme C12 packs a triple-camera setup with a combination of 13MP primary lens with f/2.2 aperture. This is accompanied by a 2MP macro lens and 2MP monochrome sensor with f/2.4 aperture respectively. On the front, the smartphone offers a 5MP shooter with f/2.0 aperture for selfies and video calling. The phone runs on Android 10 with Realme UI on top of it. It features a 6,000mAh battery with 10W charging support. In terms of connectivity, it supports Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 5, GPS/ GLONASS/ Beidou, micro USB and 3.5mm audio jack. The phone measures 164.5 x 75.9 x 9.8mm and weighs 209 grams.
