Samsung Galaxy S21 series launch event is tipped for January 14. The South Korean tech giant is also expected to unveil new truly wireless earbuds (TWS) called the Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro. Details of the TWS have been floating on the internet for quite some time. Galaxy Buds Pro live images are leaked ahead of the launch. The live images show the in-box contents and also confirm the previously-leaked design renders. The retail box also lists out some of the key Galaxy Buds Pro features. Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro live images leaked ahead of Galaxy S21 series launch
The Galaxy Buds Pro TWS is expected to make its debut at the Galaxy Unpacked 2021 event. Details of the TWS have been leaked a couple of weeks before the rumoured launch date.
Live images of the Galaxy Buds Pro were uploaded by a Facebook user named Sebas Tian. The user has listed the Buds Pro for $180, which roughly translates to Rs 13,100.
Live images leaked on Facebook reveal the design of the earbuds and the charging case. The Galaxy Buds Pro has an oval-shaped design over the circular design from its predecessor. The charging capsule is quite similar to the Galaxy Buds Live case.
The Galaxy Buds Pro retail box reveals its key features. These include two-way rich sound, Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), 5-18 hours of playtime, and IPX7 certification for water and dust resistance. The charging case is not water-resistant.
The Buds Pro will be compatible with devices running on Android 7 or higher and have 1.5GB RAM or more. It is also compatible with iOS devices. However, the box does not mention any requirements for iOS compatibility.
Other features include a companion app, NFC, SmartThings Find compatibility, USB Type-C port, fast charging, and wireless charging.
Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro price (expected)
The Galaxy Buds Pro price is tipped to set at EUR 229. This roughly translates to Rs 20,600 in India.
Samsung is expected to launch the Galaxy Buds Pro at the Galaxy S21 series launch event.
