Samsung unveiled the Galaxy A03s smartphone in India last month. The Galaxy A03s is an affordable offering by Samsung, that comes with a 6.5-inch HD+ display and packs Helio P35 SoC under the hood. The device is priced at Rs. 11,499 in the Indian market. It looks like the South Korean smartphone maker is prepping up to introduce a lite variant of the Galaxy A03s smartphone dubbed as the Galaxy A03. The new Samsung device with model number SM-032F, believed to be the Galaxy A03 has appeared on Geekbench. The benchmark listing reveals the key specifications of the handset ahead of the launch.
Samsung Galaxy A03 Specifications Revealed
According to the Geekbench test result, the Samsung Galaxy A03 will pack a Unisoc SC9863A processor, which will be aided with PowerVR Rogue GE8322. The device will come with 2GB of RAM. On the software side of things, the handset will run Android 11 out of the box with One UI 3.1 on top. The Galaxy A03 has managed to score 123 and 468 points in the single-core test and multi-core test respectively at Geekbench. The rest of the specifications of the handset such as display size, camera configuration, battery capacity details, and design remains unknown currently.
Samsung had launched the Galaxy A02s smartphone back in 2020, while the Galaxy A02 made its debut in January 2021. Both these devices feature similar specifications, except for the hardware. Going by this assumption, we can expect the Galaxy A03 to offer same specifications as that of the Galaxy A03s, except for the Unisoc processor. The Galaxy A03 might feature a 6.5-inch HD+ display with a 20:9 aspect ratio. In the imaging department, the handset could feature a triple-rear camera setup consisting of a 13MP primary camera and a pair of 2MP depth and macro camera units. The selfie department of the handset might be handled by a 5MP camera.
We can expect the device to pack a 5000mAh battery. Connectivity-wise the Galaxy A03 might offer features such as dual-SIM support, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, a 3.5mm audio jack, and a USB Type-C port. The handset also might feature a side-mounted fingerprint sensor as that of the Galaxy A03.
