OPPO Reno 8T series is launching in various markets very soon. The Reno 8T 4G is set to launch in the Philippines in February. OPPO is also rumoured to launch the Reno 8T 5G in India next month. The company is yet to confirm the official launch date. Meanwhile, a new leak has revealed the price and sale date of the Reno 8T 5G ahead of its India launch.
Tipster Abhishek Yadav claims that the OPPO Reno 8T 5G will be priced under Rs 30,000 in India. The tipster has also revealed the sale date of the new Reno smartphone. Let’s take a look at the OPPO Reno 8T 5G India price, specifications and other details known so far.
OPPO Reno 8T 5G: What Has Leaked So Far?
The OPPO Reno 8T 5G will be a new premium smartphone offering from the company. It is expected to launch with a single storage option. The Reno 8T 5G is rumoured to have a launch price of Rs 29,990 in India. Yadav, who leaked the price of the upcoming OPPO Reno smartphone, also revealed that the phone will be available for purchase from February 7, 2023.
For the price, users will get a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 SoC, according to Yadav. The company has not confirmed any details about the launch. We can expect OPPO to launch the phone in the coming days.
A lot about the Reno 8T 5G has leaked in the past. It was recently reported that the Reno 8T 5G India variant will have 8GB of RAM under the hood. The phone will also offer 256GB of internal storage.
A live video of the phone had leaked as well. It revealed that the Reno 8T 5G will have a curved display on the front. The bezels around the display are fairly thin as well. On the back, there is a pill-shaped camera module. The phone has two circular camera cutouts inside the module. The upper cutout houses a single sensor, whereas the lower one has the other two sensors and an LED flash.
The Reno 8T 5G is said to sport a hole-punch cutout at the top of the display. The phone is likely to sport a 6.7-inch OLED 10-bit panel. It will have a Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate.
As mentioned above, there will be a Snapdragon 695 SoC at heart. The rear camera setup will include a 108MP main camera, a 2MP depth sensor and a 2MP microscope sensor. For selfies, the Reno 8T 5G will have a 32MP front camera.
There will be a 4800mAh battery under the hood. The phone will support 67W fast charging out of the box. The Reno 8T 5G has an in-display fingerprint scanner and AI face unlock for biometric unlocking. There is no 3.5mm headphone jack but the phone is expected to offer dual speakers.
