OnePlus recently launched its latest flagship device, OnePlus 6T in India and all its global markets. The smartphone is the successor to one of the most celebrated flagships so far, the OnePlus 6, which hit the shelves earlier this year. Launched as an Amazon-Exclusive in India, the device goes on sale today. OnePlus 6T comes with a significant bunch of updates over its predecessor and the company shared those details much ahead of the launch. If you head over to Amazon India website, you will see a glut of launch offers on the newly-launched OnePlus 6T. Buyers with ICICI debit or credit cards and Citi Bank credit card will be eligible for a receiving an instant cashback of INR 2,000. Furthermore, you can get free damage protection from Servify and a discount of up to INR 500 on any Kindle eBook. The smartphone is also available with a No Cost EMI option.

In a partner offer with Reliance Jio, users can receive instant cashback worth up to INR 5,400 along with data benefits of up to 3TB. In addition to all this, Amazon is also offering an extra INR 1,000 cashback in the form of Amazon Pay Balance.

OnePlus 6T Price in India

The OnePlus 6T comes in three memory configurations: 6GB RAM + 128GB onboard storage, 8GB RAM + 128GB internal storage, and 8GB RAM + 256GB internal storage. The 6GB RAM variant of the device is priced at INR 37,999, while the 8GB RAM + 128GB onboard storage variant sells for INR 41,999. The top-end variant with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage is priced at INR 45,999. Further, you can pick from the Mirror Black and the Midnight Black color variants with any of the above configurations.

Besides Amazon, the flagship device is also available at the OnePlus store and the OnePlus Experience stores. It will be available at Croma and Reliance Digital stores starting November 3.

OnePlus 6T Core Specifications

The OnePlus 6T comes with a tall 6.41-inch AMOLED display with 1080 x 2340 Full HD+ resolution, and an aspect ratio of 19.5:9 aspect ratio. Featuring a screen-to-body ratio of 86%, the device is protected by a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass 6. One of the major highlights of the OnePlus 6T is the new in-display fingerprint sensor, which the company claims, is the fastest in the industry. Under the hood, the OnePlus 6T is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 octa-core processor clocked at up to 2.8 GHz, combined with an Adreno 630 GPU.

In the imaging department, the OnePlus 6T sports a 16MP + 20MP dual-camera setup at the back and a 16MP single front-facing camera for selfies and video calling. The primary 16MP shooter comes with optical image stabilization. For handling the low-light shots, the OnePlus 6T gets a new Nightscape feature.

The OnePlus 6T brings a significant upgrade in the battery department and is expected to stay put for longer than the OnePlus 6 (review). Keeping the device alive is a 3700mAh capacity battery that comes with Dash Charge support. In comparison, the OnePlus 6 packs a 3300 mAh capacity battery. The connectivity options on the OnePlus 6T include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac dual-band, Dual 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 5.0 Low Energy, GPS with A-GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou, NFC. On the software front, the OnePlus 6T ships with the latest Android 9.0 Pie OS with the company’s OxygenOS 9.0 skin running on top.
