Samsung is reportedly working on launching its second generation Flip-fold smartphone, dubbed the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 2 soon. Though we are not entirely sure as to whether Samsung would name it the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 2 or would skip the number 2 and go with the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 moniker, we have spotted the alleged battery of the device today on the SafetyKorea certification website, which reveals some key details surrounding the battery capacity of the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 2. Take a look at the Safety Korea certification and the DEKRA certification for the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 2 battery and find out what it has in store for us.
Alleged Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 2 battery visits SafetyKorea and DEKRA certification
As seen in the SafetyKorea certification images, the alleged Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 2 battery (model number SM-F711) will feature a 2,300mAh rated capacity and a 2,370mAh typical capacity. There’s an additional battery model (SM-F712), which is rated at 903mAh. The same has also been certified by the DEKRA certification website.
As a matter of fact, the battery has also been certified by the 3C certification in the past. All these certifications make us believe that the launch of the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 2 might not be too far away from now.
